Very Disappointing

I ordered this book based on the description "fitness routines of superstar athletes"...what a joke. This book is in large print and just barely 20 pages. With vague comments like:"Federer conditions his body with intense fitness training." - NO JOKE."Tennis is a physically demanding sport." - TELL ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T KNOW."Federer works his core, or midsection, by performing several exercises." - REALLY?I expected an in-depth training regimen, not a 3rd grade level book with "Fun Facts"...Needless to say I'm returning this book. Don't waste your money.

This book is geared toward the elementary school student. Anyone over 12 will find this book a waste of money. I am sorry I bought it.I expected a more detailed analysis of Roger Federer with much more text.
