They only shipped 1 bottle when the description clearly states that it is a 2-pk. Come on Amazon, Get It Together! Thankfully, Babyganics was awesome and gave me the choice of returning and dealing with Amazon or getting a refund check directly from them. What great response and service. Now, the quality of the product is terrific. It is gentle, natural and no unpleasant odors. I actually purchased this item to was my chicken's eggs. Works very well; will absolutely purchase again. I hope fulfillment will be correct next time.

Effective, gets the job done, good quality soap that gets milk remnants. I like that is it safer for my little one than other harsher soaps. Easy to use and good value for your money. Will be repurchasing

We have used this soap for almost 11 years, and have 4 kiddos so we’ve washed plenty of bottles and breast pump parts. While we haven’t had any kiddos with bottles in several years now, we continue to use the soap for any dishes we need to hand wash, and we use it for hand washing in the kitchen sink as well. It cleans better than any dish soap we’ve ever used, and love that it’s foaming AND unscented.

Works well to remove residue

The consistency is thin but it produces a lot of suds which I like. It has a plasticy smell to it almost like it smells like the container. For the price, it works.

Awesome bottle cleaner! Gets all the grim off our bottles, nipples, pacifiers, toys, and milk storage jars. Super safe formula for babies. Large bottle—a little goes a long way. I did not have any issues with leakage upon arrival.
