Why did you pick this product vs others?:Replaced my old controller that died after 12 years. New one easy to install, has WiFi options and works great.

I purchased this controller to replace one that was in service eighteen years at least. It was a snap everything lined up real nice and programming was a easier than the older model. The yard maintenance guy I use once in a while said he do for $500. and install a superior controller. I asked him how come everytime we discuss doing something it's always $500.? So I did a little research and found this controller. Easy installation and programing. It's been in service now for about six months working just fine.

Once the know on my old sprinkler system monitor broke I need a replacement. This system is similar to what I had before and simple to use. It has been great for this non-techy single mom.

Easy to program and easy to set up follow video for install.

This irrigation controller is sturdy and I am confident it will hold up to outdoor use. It is easy to install and the cabinet has plenty of room for wiring, it also has extra knockouts for multiple conduits. Programming is easy and there are advanced features like a valve check that tests all stations for short circuits and a seasonal adjustment. I did not install the WiFi module as I prefer an offline controller.

This [product did not work as I was not able to connect the phone to the app. I was on the phone two separate times with tech support for hours and I was never able to connect to the phone app through WIFI,I ended up returning it and buying another product and I never had to call tech support and it works fine.I would not recommend this product.
