Q: will this work on bun coffee makers as well?

Absolutely. This product has worked perfectly on all my coffee makers and has kept them running like a dream. I cater for a living, and this product has saved my machines from expiring.

Q: What are the ingredients?

They must have changed the ingredients because according to their website it is water and SULFAMIC ACID. There have been some concern for this substance in other answers however the the EPA lists it has a safe alternative to other substances and they give it a Green rating indicating there is a low concern for adverse effects to your health. https://www.epa.gov/saferchoice/safer-ingredients#pop5329146

Q: To use this on a deLongi do I follow deLongi instructions or those that come with the product?

I have always followed the deLongi instructions when using the Durgol decalcifier. If you ever lose the instructions or can't find the booklet, just google the manual and you can download the pdf and follow the deLongi instructions. I own 2 of these machines and they are great, very dependable as long as you maintain them.

I have been using this product with my Saeco Odea Go for many years no problem.
