Great
Worked a treat good price

Rubbish. Not âuniversalâ.
Looks similar to Sky original but lighter in weight. Does not give all functions to my Sony TV. Have to use TV Sony plonker with it. Disappointed.

It won't tune into my TV
It won't work my TV for volume iv used the instructions provided, I will have to return. It works the sky q box ok but useless if I can change the volume or turn on the TV.Please can the provider offer any advice or more suggestions on how to make it work?

Very sensitive.
Item funtioned OK but I found it very sensitive compared with the original SKY remote,

Sticky plastic over buttons
There was a very sticky plastic covering over the buttons on remote control & was a nightmare to remove & the package was left outside my front door & was soaking wet left in the rain. Not sure why but volume button isn't working & cant seem to sort it out.

Cheap and annoying
Bought 31st October 24 and seemed good for the first week then the buttons started sticking which we put up with as itâs cheap but now just 3 months after buying a button is stuck down and unable to use. We have to replace but definitely not this one again just be aware when buying itâs cheap for a reason
