It’s good

Saving grace for hair fall, noticed results in 3rd month of usage
After a year of hair loss and trying everything, these supplements were a life saver. The effect shown for me from the 3rd month, I used it for 3 months; the recommendeded period is 3 to 6 months.Even after stopping, hair fall hasn't come back. It didn't help with thebtexture of my hair as such (but then again didn't use it for 6 months). I am so thankful because hair fall was such a big concern for a year!
