Q: What are the dimensions and how does the tray come off to clean

The bird feeder is 5" x 3.5" x 12". The tray can be removed simply by lifting it up and out.

Q: Can replacement suction cups be obtained? Two of mine have warped and no longer stick to the window. Thanks.

They can be replaced with standard suction cups that are sold with hooks on, just take the hooks off.

Q: Picture shows 4 extra suction cups. Do they come with it and how do you remove old cups?

It comes with 2 extra suction cups, the suction cups are easy to remove. You just pull them out of the hole

Q: can you take it off the window without removing the suction cups?

Yes. Although you don’t need to to fill it..... only to clean it if you want.
