I have an Ooni wood fired pizza oven and I will only use this flour for making my pizza dough. The dough always comes out great. Better pizzas than I can get at any of my local pizza places. I normally use the classic pizza dough recipe from Ooni. If your looking for flour to make great pizza dough you can't go wrong with this.
