This is literally the best product ever coming from someone with sensitive piercings! I’ve tried so many other alternatives that have been bad quality, expensive etc and this is the first product that I cannot fault in any way! It's the best stuff. I didn't realise I'd be getting a large bottle for this price. I am able to precisely wash the area behind the piercing by pointing this nozzle directly at it. Great stuff and will hopefully last a long time.

Big bottle for the price and will definitely be handy. I feel as though is more suited to ear piercing since you can spray both the back and the front in one go if you get the right angle but its more difficult to use for facial piercings (same with navel) as its like a hosepipe to your entire face rather than just the piercing site. Still, happy with this purchase and will buy again when necessary.

These piercing sprays last for ages; including for cartilage piercings that need treating for ages. It’s a simple product but the jet is both light and powerful to get into the piercing fistula. Other products use oils and alkalis as ingredients that aren’t used in healthcare at all for wound cleaning. I’ve used it for multiple piercings now for myself and my child and wouldn’t use anything else.

I have a really infected piercing and i have tried lots of different solutions but this product is amazing. Noticed a significant improvement within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this product.
