It is a joke.
I'll be honest... I bought these more as a joke for my husband. I put together an emergency baby kit for my husband prior to the birth of our son, and I thought that this would be a funny addition. When our baby arrived we did give them a try as it seemed like anytime we would take the diaper off our little one would pee. They did the trick at first, but after washing them they bunched up and would not go back into their shape. They were really only good for one use and a washcloth or rag worked as well. I can not complain too much as again I did buy these as a joke for my husband. In that case they worked as expected.

Great idea, but doesnt stay on. Once my baby starts moving his legs, it falls right off.

I don't recommend it
it really doesn't work as you expect... everything gets wet and babes MOVE so you need to keep your hand holding it so it doesn't fall... better to put toilet paper on top or cotton.
