The studs are pretty small, almost unnoticeable. This is my first day wearing them and they’re great so far. Super cute. Different kinds, no duplicates. I have both sides on my nose pierced and love to mix and match. Much better than paying almost $20 at Spencer’s for nose rings of the same quality but lesser quantity. If anything changes, ie; irritation, redness, or anything unusual, I will update this review but for now it’s perfect!——-It’s been about 2 weeks. I still love them. They do fall out of my nose a lot when sleeping but I think they just get caught on the cloth of my blanket. No infections. No irritations. All good!

**UPDATE**What I have learned is that the studs with bevels have a wider end so that they actually stay put. However, the other jewels don't have enough of a "bulb" on the end to stay in. If you have had issues with nose bones falling out, definitely buy these but know that not all of them will stay in.Also, the 3 mm size is fantastic if you want something that people can actually see versus looking like a little spark of glitter.Original...So, this is my third attempt at finding nose bones that aren't so small that they just fall out.There are some variations in size within my order and the first 2 I tried were comfortable, though they very easily slid in and out, meaning they would inevitably end up falling out. However, the 3rd one I tried was a little tough to get in, which is how I know that it will stay. These are not too long (as others have been), so they don't poke my septum.Happy with my purchase!

I keep ordering nose bones on here and I need to learn my lesson. This is just as usual. The stones are beautiful and it is a really nice selection. However, the bone part that goes inside the nose is so small that it slips through my piercing hole constantly. I literally lost all of these because they kept falling out. I don't have any left.

When I first got my nose pierced, I kept getting swollen from "fake" jewelry, so I had to buy an expensive ring, which was super strange because I've always been able to wear $1 jewelry. I guess it's such a sensitive spot on your body, that it had to have time to "heal". I"m so glad to find out I can wear these now. Great items for such a great price.

Great value for the price. You get a variety of colors to wear. I had to return them because I found out I can't use anything but titanium before I had even received them. I never even took them out of the package.
