- 100% BRITISH & TRACEABLE. Every variety of Black Bee Honey is jarred in local batches, straight from the hive. Supporting both our bees and their keepers. Each jar is stamped with the location of the hives and the name of the beekeeper who helped craft it. Sustainably collected by British beekeepers in the months of Spring & Summer.
- TOTAL ACTIVITY (TA) 10+ & 15+. Similar to Maunka ratings, these varieties were laboratory tested and scored 10+ for their total activity. Honey with a higher TA score has greater antimicrobial and antibacterial strength. Total activity is a measure of peroxide and non peroxide activity within the honey.
- FROM A SINGLE SOURCE & UNPASTEURISED. Just like local honey, all our varieties are unpasteurised, and unblended to give you a healthy source of natural sugars and vitamins. By keeping processes to a minimum, the honey retains its natural goodness often destroyed by excess heating and filtering.
- A RICH, COMPLEX RUNNY HONEY & AN AROMATIC SILKY HONEY. Nothing added and nothing taken away. No additives, no preservatives, dairy free and gluten free. Typical nectar sources include Blackberries, Bramble, Clover, Bell Heather, Lime trees, Rosebay Willowherb, Sweet Chestnut, a myriad of wildflowers and Ling Heather
- 100% PURE & NATURAL. Frosting and granulation are natural features of unprocessed honey. Depending on what the bees have foraged on and the temperature the jar has been stored, the honey may be fully crystallised once it reaches you. It may also differ slightly in colour and cloudiness from the images shown. This process is completely natural and does not affect the nutritional content or flavour in any way.

Tested this range out along with others over the past year, this brand came out second and I couldn't quite put my finger on why! Just a matter of palate I suspect but this is a very good honey all the same. I certainly would buy it again.

Great tasting honey
Loved this brand, especially the summer one. If you are use to raw honey, strong tasting ones, you will like it. The taste is unique. If you are just after regular sweet ones go elsewhere.

Summer jar too strong taste
Summer one had a very strong taste, so can change a lot taste of tea or any other food or drink. Wouldn't buy summer one again , too strong for me. Spring one very nice.

Beautiful
Absolutely wonderful. No horrible additives just pure English honey. Well worth the extra money. I have it on toast and stir it into plain Greek yogurt. Mmmm!
