Seems like a pretty universal unit. It's compatible with a lot of makes and models, not just Jeep. Look around online a bit to match up part numbers to make sure it'll work with your vehicle.Installation was really easy. In the Jeep Compass, we had to remove only 1 hose to make a little extra room for the install. It took about 15 minutes total. It's really as simple as removing the old one and installing the new one the exact same way.I knew there was an issue with the vehicle because the Electronic Throttle Control light lit up. It describes it in the manual. This was paired with the occasional engine sputtering and eventually dying while accelerating.It fixed the problem right away and so far so good. Ended up being about $30 cheaper than in-store and was able to replaced at home. Definitely worth it and a pretty simple fix.

The throttle assy installed and works fine - you can hardly exceed expectations here :)What did exceed mine was the speed of the delivery - much appreciated.

Bought it thinking that it would fit because Reviews said it would but it does not. The part looks good, but it does not fit with my car.
