I am really pleased I bought this product, I don’t normally write reviews but after 8 weeks using this twice a day I really can feel a difference. I have had sciatica for 14 months pains down my leg especially in the morning. It may just be a coincidence but the pain has gone, still have a little ache but doesn’t drag me down. For the price it would be worth giving it ago better than using sprays or popping pills.

Excellent product I wear it to help my sciatica as it helps take the inflammation away and makes me feel a lot better! It's been designed really well and can be used hot or cold!

Works well but does not stay warm for long and easy to use .

Initially I bought one for my husband and it was really good. He feels so much more comfortable now. The quality is really good - thick and solid. As it worked for my husband I decided to buy another one for my daughter. She absolutely loves it.

I’ve had this for nearly two years now, after a bout of back pain that lasted for weeks. I’ve suffered from back pain on and off for thirty odd years (nursing injury), but I can usually shift it with a combination of painkillers, yoga and gentle exercise.I use this hot and the warmth eases my pain. I find it not quite as effective for sciatica which I got last year, but it did help a bit.I also have a TENS machine and alternate using the gel pack with that. I think it’s great and would thoroughly recommend, not had any problems at all with the gel packs or the wrap itself.

After regular use the velcro loses its grip on the belt. The strip of velcro where you place the pouch made contact with my skin and caused a graze that ended up sore and infected so took a few weeks to heal. A reasonable item but don’t expect longevity as it soon shows wear and tear that stopped me using it.

My elderly mother hurt her back and was reluctant to take pain killers as she is on a lot of medication. I ordered this to be sent straight to her home and she was able to use it easily herself straight away. The velcro strap gave a perfect fit and as there are two ice packs she was able to rotate the packs so she never was without the cooling pad. It was very effective at relieving pain and the ice retained its coldness well. The product is not bulky and is light weight. It did not get sweaty or smelly in use.

Got this as I had injured my back…. This is absolutely perfect. Prior to getting this I had a water bottle which as you can imagine isn’t convenient when walking around. And I found the cold pack just as effective if not better, it was nice to have both options. Very easy to use and comfortable has really helped with pain and will continue to use myself and for family members as and when needed I just hope it lasts! Nice design if your debating buying this just do it I’m positive it will help you!
