I measured my knee as directed and was at the higher end of the Small, so I bought it but it was pinching the back of my knee. I contacted McDavid via email directly and they advised it was pinching because it was too small of a size. I bought a Medium and it is way better. Doesn't slip down my leg, is comfortable, and provides good support for my knee. Thanks!

The item is incredibly comfortable and can be worn conspicuously under any kind of pants, skirts, & dresses. One can hardly feel its presence. I only use it for my most active days, since I still want the muscle to do the job on its own. The delivery by USPS left a lot to be desired; that is, they wouldn't deliver it to the door since it did not fit in my mailbox, so I had to go acquire it at the post office (15 mins. away). So, I believe I'm due for a shipping fee reimbursement.

Did it's job, wore soft brace when exercising couple times a week for an hour. It's coming unfrayed around the knee slot now. Wish the stitching was better. Overall did it's job.

I really like the comfort and style of this KNEE SLEEVE. I bought a pair on July 4th and it cost $17.03, but today September 19th, I was about to buy a second pair but it cost $ 43.36, because of the steep jump in cost in just 3 months I will shop around and buy it from another seller.

I have two of these (one for each knee... imagine that!) and have used them for a year now. I use them for about an hour each morning while working out. They are still in great condition and haven't stretched or lost their shape at all. I clean them periodically with warm water, squeeze them out, and hang them over the tub to dry. They dry very quickly, by the way, just a couple hours.I have osteoarthritis in my knees and use to end up with sore knees quite often even though my workout is low-impact (usually elliptical machine). Since using these braces and taking Osteo BiFlex I have seen a great improvement. I'm pretty sure it's a combination of the two that has been so effective, but I do know that on occasion when I decide to work out without the McDavids I usually end up feeling it in my knees.For me the only drawbacks are (1) they really make my knees sweat and (2) they are not comfortable while stretching. I don't like to wear them while walking, although I probably should, because for some reason they feel more restrictive when I'm walking than when i'm on the elliptical machine. I ordered a medium, maybe a large would feel better for walking.
