Set it up right and it's surprisingly good. Nice microphone sensitivity. Won't break the bank.
First time tried on an HP pavilion Windows 10 works great!. Perfect old school TRRS plug. I think the TRRS routed sounds are better than the USB ones.I'm an adult. Using for practice with band and practice recording. Headset adjusts up and down both sides. No adjustment across head (ear to ear). Comfortable enough for a while as the ear pads are thin foam. Not overly padded, but easy to replace or add more foam. I like foam because I like to hear what's sneaking up on me, or if someone yells FIRE!Sounds fine. Not fantastic or loud without volume setting turned up, but fine for my use. If they get lost or damaged these won't break the bank.Microphone picks up very well. Nice sound with plenty of sensitivity for practice. You could gig with it, if a headset is your thing. You may need adaptors for band equipment use. The microphone boom is a little short for me, but it does hold a bend for shaping so you can get it close enough to pick-up well. Surprisingly clear mic.If using on Windows make sure you have microphone ON in the 'Privacy' settings, and then in the 'Sound' settings make sure you have both the output and input choices set to use the TRRS plug rather than USB (or something else). Some old machines will bleed across these circuits but sounds and picks up terribly. If not sure, try the different choices the drop downs offer you until it works better. If you are having problems hearing output or the microphone, most likely it is these two settings that need to be adjusted.Hope this helps.

Fantastic
I was speaking to a friend while in a noisy stadium and he could barely hear anything but my voice. Best $12 I’ve ever spent. I also like avoiding EMF from Bluetooth and the sound quality is great for this price, along with a cheap adapter for iPhone jack.

Get what you paid for
You get what you paid for, it's small, unlike the cord, has no binaural audio, decent sound, over sensitive mic, but also tough, it survived me slamming it on the ground a couple times, audio fine, mic fine, a bit uncomfortable to wear for extended periods, but also works on your phone, the mic arm can move, so you can wear it however you like, I use it for gaming, but I've used it to participate in my server's beatboxing hangout, overall, not horrible for the price

Low quality/ broken after a month
I am a teacher and I bought these for my students to use for 1 hour a day in the classroom. I collect them each time and they are ALL already broken. They are cheap quality and do not hold up.

great basic wired head set
Its a very simple and basic headset, which was exactly what I was looking for. Plug in and go. Easy to use connectivity, clear sound and best of all light weight so very comfortable. I have bought this style in the past and its a great value for the quality.. the Microphone quality and volume control are good and easy.

Exellent microphone sound, lightweight - all for $8 (pre-owned).
This $8 headset (bought mine pre-owned) sounds fantastic, especially if you add a pinch of software post-processing.I love the fit, comfort, and especially the extremely light-weight. This will be extremely helpful for our Co-op sessions that often run 6+ hours.I will buy this headset again (likely for <$8) again, if/when this ever breaks down the road.
