In that video, mention was made of the beneficial effects of Potassium. Potassium from one's diet isn't enough to provide for the special needs of many. Because I was experiencing symptoms that seem to resemble what rheumatism feels like, I decided to order 1 bottle of this product. The first night, I took 1 capsule, and within a few minutes, it provided better and lasting relief than a muscle-relaxant could. I gradually increased the dose to 6 capsules in a day but never taking more than 2 at a time. The effect after my initial pain has gone is that my spine feels more relaxed and flexible, my muscle soreness heals faster, and generally, my energy level has improved. My appetite and sleep have also improved. That's why I say, this is like a miracle!Once again, I would like to remind you that this is my personal experience. Product is a good performer although somewhat expensive, but has results. The order I received today was without the Healthy Hey white box which I always received in the past along with a Coupon Code for 10% discount on my next purchase and that made me stick to this brand. So open box and no Coupon this time. Maybe it means they don't need to promote the product anymore or better known to them.

I had started a low carb diet a few months back and wanted a potassium supplement which was affordable and effective. This product has been really useful in maintaining that low carb die for months now as usually a deficiency in electrolytes take place in this diet and which can cause headaches, muscle cramps, etc. Once I took this potassium and the another magnesium supplement all those issues were solved. I havent had any kind of cramps or headaches. Also I have recently found that potassium citrate is also useful in proper kidney function or reduces occurences of kidney stones when following a low carb diet which I did not know earlier. And I guess thats the reason that I dont have any kidney related issues even after doing this diet for so long.Thank you very much

This brand has serious ingredients problems, bhai mujhe gastroenterologist ke chakkar laga diye. I stopped buying their products after this. Then saw many reddits posts multiple customer complaining about side effects whoch you won't find here. This brand and Nutrija don't buy.
