Just right colors

I really like this product, BUT the shades are VERY light. In this photo I have all 4 shades on and as you can see, it’s very light, so it’s great for a subtle look.

I thought the creme would stay on longer than powder. Not for me. It's not bad, it's just the same.

What is there not to love?! These shadows are perfectly EPIC. They go with absolutely every outfit I own and are long lasting. My daughter just used these shadows for her “Old Hollywood” themed Homecoming dance and it really made her eyes pop, shine and glow beautifully! Best of all you can literally just use your finger to apply and blend, which for me is perfect because I love a simple, quick and fresh look. Considering purchasing the other color sets now because we love this one so much. Great price; excellent purchase!

I little disappointed with the pigment.

I’ve never used cream eyeshadows but as a 43 year old, my eyes are maturing and powder shadows and primers show crease lines! These cream shadows are excellent. They apply smoothly and cause no irritation. I went with the skin lights palette which is a more nude color range. For my eyes they offer a very natural look and I also figured out they make an excellent base for powder shadows without any flaking. I used a separate higher end eye shadow brush to apply them and pinky finger works well too. The compact size makes them great for purse and travel as well. For the price and quality, they’re great! I’m hoping to get another palette with some brighter colors next time!

I purchased this cream eyeshadowpallette not realizing they had a "shimmer" to them. I feel I'm past the "sparkly" eyeshadow age. But these are a very subtle "shimmer " which is much different. I decided to go ahead and try one tonight and was super surprised. That little bit of shine (again-"subtle") truly made my eyes pop! I used the pinkish tone and added no other color. It really didn't need any other added. It did have a slight "tug" to it and maybe that's why it lasted all evening, it wasn't super creamy and therefore didn't crease at all. I was careful not to pull too hard when applying. I just love the difference this eyeshadow made in comparison to the powder I usually use. And I'm very picky, if my eyeshadow doesn't look right I'll wash it off and start over. It's so fun to find a new product that adds a fresh, younger look to my face.

I am older, don't do a lot of metallics, lots of glitter, but like some shimmer and it works for me.My experience with this shadow:COLORS: I thought the colors would work well, but really didn't. I thought the darkest color would work well as a light liner, but not so much. But part of that, is....TEXTURE: I SO did not like the texture. Kind of cream, but lightly putting brush in would smoosh in a lot, didn't go on as smoothly as I thought it should have. Yes, I have older lids, but not flattering at all and kind of pilled.NO APPLICATOR: OK, fine, I have applicators, but to have four colors and no applicator seemed odd. I guess the mirror would be helpful if you had to do your makeup in the car, but as there is no applicator with it or really room for one, I hope you carry applicators with you.BOTTOMLINE: For me personally, a big no mostly for texture, how it went on, lack of pigment in some colors.I know it can be arbitrary depending on what someone is looking for, but the fact it went on just strangely, kind of pilled, wasn't that smooth. Nothing for me to recommend it. DID think the colors looked nice...in the case.
