First unit a solid 3, replacement unit gets a 4
This is close to being a 4 or 5 star product. It's easy to use, not very loud and is just about as portable as you can get for traveling. The battery seems to last plenty as I've used this on 3 night stays and didn't have to re-charge. The only thing I wish is that it was a bit more powerful. If it was it would be a 4-5 star product. I still like it and I didn't find anything else better at the moment.Update 11/13/19The seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement thinking it might be defective. The new one does seem more powerful so maybe the one I got had a defect therefore I'm adjusting my rating to 4 stars.

Awesome
Great portable water flosser! I showed it to my dentist, he was interested in it. Took pictures and was going to check it out. I also love that it has a nasal irrigator. I suffer from allergies and sinus issues. This little product I can take with me and use it whenever I need to.

Best convenient flosser ever!
Still new but I have to use it 3-4xs a day as I have new aligners. It’s perfect for using so much daily instead of having something to plug in all the time with 2 small children around. Cleans great and fast and I’m in love with its cordless, sleek portability and with a travel case! Thx guys keep up the great work. Only thing I’d change are the nozzles, my other one has different shapes and uses instead of just all plain ones if that makes sense. But awesome for the price and all 🙋🏽♀️

Good pressure. Small reservoir.
Bought this for traveling. The jet pressure is good. Good price point. The water reservoir is small so I need to refill it which is a bit of a pain. But overall pretty good.

Followed all directions and it didn't work.
I followed the directions completely. It took me a long time to get the mode part to change to the setting I wanted. But I kept turning it on and off believing it would finally start. And it did. But for less than a minute. No more water would come up from the reservoir. I am returning this I had so much hope it would work for me.
