Clownishly baggy
I regret buying these. The waist is about 2 inches smaller than advertised, so it is tight. The main problem is that they are pleated and the cut on the legs are like the old MC Hammer parachute pants. Unless you have legs like tree stumps they are going to look like clown shorts.
