I really liked the product. It has good quality material and zippers and it has ample of pockets in the main compartment and utility compartments. It's shape is good but size could be little smaller. I cannot put on my raincoat jacket over this bag. Sadly this bag doesn't come with a rain protector with it, I had to buy that separately.I happened to visit a nearby DMart and found this same bag being sold at 1599/-. Exactly 900 rupees lesser than what I bought it for. I was very disheartened upon seeing this. I urge you to explore your local market. And buy only those things online which are not available in your local market.

I like the design, premiumness quality of the bag. Using it for past 3 months as a daily basis and amazed me by the fit and finish of this. Chains aka zipper are premium and antiteft design.It’s sleek and for that reason it has little bit less capacity even being 28 ltr. If you comare it with a American Tourister 28 ltr backpack it seems that the American Tourister has bigger capacity in 28 ltr version. But there you may have to compromise some extra bit of quality and cost cutting. Overall it’s very versatile and very portable. One drawback is it doesn’t come with rain cover. I thought it would come with that. But don’t worry I tasted it in light heavy rain, not a single page of my book or a drop was inside of bag. But a raincover will give me another assurance from rain.

I had purchased the bag in Jun 2024. I have trouble with the zip not working. Was in international tour and the main compartment zipper had troubles and entire trip was done with lot of troubles. Can arctic hunter provide some solution to repair the chain.

I really like this backpack. The bag design is great. I like the convenience that the bag provide, focused on smaller stuff like charging port, multiple smaller pockets, sun glass and card holder on the strap.I like the zipper quality, i think Arctic Hunter should have this zipper on all of the bags. I saw that only few bags have this type of zipper.I wanted to purchase the 30L one but that was out of stock and had to go with this one.It is not as spacious as I wanted it to be, but seems fine for my use.A bit tight from inside maybe due to the build quality. It is a hard polyester material.Overall great purchase

Bag didnt seemed to be as premium as price, it is of good quality but price should be 1200-1500.

The bag is great tho for daily office use. Sturdy feels and minimal in look makes it a great combo.Also the services by the provider are also apt. As the bag has a loose stitch on the back which might lead to waring of the product. The warranty claim was quick and efficient. Got a new bag within a week of warranty claim along with extended warranty of the product. Kudos to Hotoen.
