I heard of this from a friend when I was having trouble sleeping, after two nights I was feeling calmer, falling asleep quicker, and staying asleep easier than I have in years!There is zero side effects and I am sensitive!!The bottle is filled unlike other vitamins so you really get the best value for the price!It works quickly but doesn’t effect heavily…Also super easy to swallow 👌 the best part is that if you forget to take it your body just feels overall calmer on it and doesn’t NEED or depend on it for sleep :)A 10/10

I bought this product from Whome Foids last month. I decided to try it since it was the same amount of mg's as the Vitamin Shoppe version. Little did I see on the label to take 1 before meals twice a day. Well that didn't work out so well since I use it for bed time to calm my racing thoughts down. I didnt notice for about 3 weeks until it just wasn't working anymore, causing me to lose sleep. Needless to say I took it back and went with Vitamin Shoppe's version.
