A very useful soldering iron, heats up very quickly I particularly liked the on/off switch which I found very useful and convenient.

My husband was really pleasantly surprised at this soldering iron I bought him, as replacement for his old.... one. It heats up very quick and he says that it works so much better than his old one. The little stand you put the iron on when hot, he was very pleased with that aswell. Money wise he was surprised how cheap it was for what you get, so I am recommending on what my husband has said, because I haven't got a clue about soldering irons.

Just a brilliant soldering iron, previous one was about 20 years old from back in the day when chipping ps1’s was a thing, this heats quickly, comes with multiple tips and is a breeze to use 👍

I purchased this for some auto electrical wiring on my motorcycle project.I wanted something that wasn’t too bulky or heavy and also had temperature control.When it arrived it came in a pretty non descript box and quite minimal instructions but let’s be honest, it’s a soldering Iron. You switch it on, it gets hot, you melt solder wire.I will say, it didn’t feel very robust in my hand, not to say it’s weak or flimsy or anything, just feels a little cheap but that’s kinda what I wanted as I’ve already mentioned so not really and issue.We’ll see how it holds up to prolonged use, however I tend to switch it off between jobs if I’m not going to be using for a few minutes.I also have a little storage box of my own so that’ll protect it when it’s stored away.Overall it’s a great little unit and great value for money.Pros:• Not bulky• Light weight• Easy to use• Spare/extra tipsCons:• minimal/basic instructions which DO NOT include instruction on how to Tin the tips before first use• Feels a little cheap• Cheap box so you’ll need separate storage

Honestly for the money this is the best soldering iron on the market.The only let down is it would be better with a silicone cable.Just buy one it works!

So i own a 3d printer and what i was looking for was something to blend the seams together so i didn't have to fill them not sand brutally to make them look right. So i bought a silverline soldering iron which got far too hot and just wrecked everything. So i hunt for a variable temperature version and voila! Absolutely perfect for what i needed it for, and the assortment of of tips is perfect for every job i've used it for!

Like prompted deliver as planned, also the on/off switch on the handle also the selection of soldering bits.The temperature adjustments were most useful for me altering electrical connections on a classic car.
