These are the best Melatonin I have ever taken! They work well and I don’t wake up drowsy.

This works well for me when I need something to put me down or help deepen my sleep. I find more than 1mg and I get a headache or become too sleepy etc. This melts in the mouth or under the tongue and provides just the right amount for a good sleep. Good product and great price. Best not to use continuously. But for occasional use, this is the stuff.

Does it’s job

Nice formulation. Minimal ingredients. Great taste. U.S. dosage recommendations are far too high. If you’re just starting out with melatonin or if it hasn’t worked, try a lower dosage. About .3 mg (yes 0.3) works great for me for occasional insomnia or a jetlag reset.

I break this in half because I only need .5mg. I appreciate that it comes in 1mg for this reason. It's great stuff. I was once accidentally sent the kind that you swallow and I did not think it was as effective as the kind that you let dissolve under your tongue. Highly recommend.

The science on melatonin for insomnia is limited and many experts believe it to be of little or no value. For me it has been like a miracle. I put one tablet under my tongue and in 20 minutes cannot keep my eyes open. I also sleep through the night
