GREAT SONG

As a massive SP fan, I guess I bought this oweing to the drought of releases which I have endured these past years! However, I should have saved my money and gone back to the originals. Not one of these songs distiguishes itself and i think there are much better ways of hearing a different version of Pumpkins songs. A make-a-wish foundation DVD set, which I got from the internet was a tribute charity show at the Metro in Chicago and was much superior.Does Gothic Industrial mean 'can't hear a thing', by the way?

A varied bunch of performances' ranging from mediocre to excellent. Stand out tracks are Disarm by 16 Volt and Spahn Ranch, and Bullet with Butterfly wings by Sigue Sigue Sputnik.This is a good album to hear other artists interpretations of classic Pumpkins songs. However the original songs are far better than any, not that any of these songs are bad, its just that the Smashin Pumpkins are one of the greatest bands ever and nothing compares to the originals.

I enjoy it very much.
