Slow release is the ticket
My doctor recommended I take a 10mg slow-release Melatonin at night. Could not find slow release locally. These work, and I've sent the link to friends who want them, too.

Love falling asleep easily.
Like being able to fall asleep easily. I am able to get back to sleep after waking most nights. Would prefer a capsule since it is easier to swallow. Can’t beat the price.

Fillers are gross...get higher quality
Haven’t taken. Don’t think I will. PEG? Where’s the need for that in my body? Usually I review ingredients more carefully. Buy something cleaner

So glad to find this on Amazon. It is a Sam's product but they often sell out of it. One of the meds that I take at night is known to cause mild insomnia, so I need a little help and this seems to do it for me. Before using a slow release I would fall asleep but wake up real early and not go back to sleep. This seems to help me sleep through the night more often.
