I gave this to my son who is on the spectrum and has digestion issues after reading about gut to brain health. This worked well for him but didn't give to him every day as it worked too well. I need to order again soon.

I have taken these probiotics for years. They really study what they put in each type of probiotic.

I bought this after reading positive reviews from people with colitis. I have colitis, and a number of other autoimmune issues, that require strict diets and medication. But, have not had any luck in treating the colitis. Gave this a shot a couple of months ago, and have had the first improvement in years. It has helped with the bloating as well. Will continue to repurchase this product.

I have IBS and have tried a lot of different Probiotics. My gastro even recommended ALIGN which was horrible for me since I am Lactose & Tolerant it has milk in it. After searching several webs site and do to the fact I have Endometriosis as well doesn't help one of the ladies on the blob advised me of this Probiotics. I suffer from ibs so I tried these probiotic and it really works for me. It helped regulate my system and I don't feel so much bloating and irritable in my bowls. It’s easy to take and gentle on the stomach, but the results weren’t dramatic for me. Might work better for others.

I counted 29 and an empty capsule I have not taken the pills yet. Not a good start.
